The Mission
When I partnered with Orange Lab Media (OLM), the goal was clear: strengthen quality management, improve data-driven decision-making, and empower the team to perform at a higher level. The project quickly evolved into a multi-faceted initiative, focusing on critical areas such as customer satisfaction, project turnaround times, sales enablement, and training and development.
Information Systems Analysis
The process began with a systems analysis, mapping the intersection of people, technology, and data that powered OLM’s daily operations. From there, I worked with leadership to identify measurable goals — faster client response times, streamlined proposal delivery, and more reliable project follow-up. Together, we set intentional standards: inquiries followed up within 2 hours, discovery calls scheduled within 48 hours, and proposals delivered within 72 hours.


Technology Integration
To make this vision operational, technological integration became the linchpin. OLM’s IT infrastructure was consolidated around tools that were both functional and economical: Slack for intraday collaboration, Google Suite for communications and data storage, and Monday.com for project management. I customized the project management platform to align with customer engagement and project workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across client services, project management, and accounting.
Data Gathering & Analysis
Another key component was data management. Years of accumulated information were migrated into a customized analysis board inside the project management system. This allowed OLM to uncover actionable insights, monitor performance, and tie training directly to measurable outcomes. Weekly individualized training programs and a performance monitoring system were introduced to keep development ongoing and intentional.

A feedback monitoring system was also developed as a pathway toward building higher levels of employee satisfaction. This initiative created the foundation for open, honest, and transparent communication, helping to build trust while empowering team members to share ideas for organizational improvement. The result was a more transparent, collaborative, and data-informed organization.
