Drawing from my experience as a seasoned entrepreneur and certified inbound marketing strategist, I helped transform Symone’s coaching business into a brand with clarity, structure, and direction. My first step was identifying her ideal audience. Symone had a powerful vision to specialize in coaching neurodiverse individuals, but she needed help translating that vision into actionable steps. Together, our goal was to build a brand name that speaks to her ideal clients, uncover their needs and aspirations, and serve them authentically.

From there, I crafted a marketing approach designed to resonate deeply with her audience — a strategy that spoke their language and positioned Symone not as an instructor, but as a trusted partner. She was clear: coaching, to her, was not about telling people what to do, but about walking alongside them, asking the right questions, and helping them see their own solutions. Just like the childhood game Simon Says, where players must listen closely, overcome distractions, and trust the leader’s guidance, Symone’s coaching invites her clients to break through obstacles, silence self-doubt, and find their own finish line.
